I want to look it up on the web,but i cant remember what they are called.They have become popular for weddings,people erect them and take them down after,allthough i am looking for something more permanent.
A Gazebo, you can get them in Homebase or B&Q.

PERGOLA - square or rectangular, usually has an open roof
GAZEBO - most often hexagon shaped with solid roof
